There are may people who are suffering from life style related diseases. In some people these started entering even in the age of early 30s and in some people they are severely affecting individuals life.
Here i am writing few simple rules which you can follow. These rules are based on Maharishi Bagbhatta's Research.
1. Start your day with water. Do not spit after waking up. Drink water by sitting only. While drinking water your saliva need to go inside your stomach. It is medicine fro your body. It has basic in nature which is good for your overall health. I will tell you details in later posts or you can see video by Mr. Rajiv Dixit on you tube for more details
2. Do not drink water 45 min before and 90 min after food. you can drink juice, butter milk but not water.
3. Always drink water by sitting.
4. do not drink cold water any time. Cold water is not good for health.
5. After evening food, have a walk of minimum 500 steps.
6. Do not cook food in Aluminium utensils.
There are some more rules. First start following this. you will see a great change in your body after 3 months. Your weight also will reduce and your blood pressure level will also normalise if it is abnormal.
